Sample Post for Checking the Blog Template

A sample draft for checking that math, code, quotes, and tables render correctly. You can delete it once real posts are up.

This is a sample post for checking that the blog template renders math, code, quotes, and tables correctly. It’s still a draft, so it only shows up on the dev server started with npm run dev. Production builds leave it out.

Math

Inline math sits inside a sentence, like π(t+1)=(1−α)r+αT⊤π(t)\pi^{(t+1)} = (1-\alpha)\mathbf{r} + \alpha T^\top \pi^{(t)}.

Block math gets a line of its own, as shown below.

T(pt+1∣pt,q)=∑eTP→E(e∣pt,q) TE→P(pt+1∣pt,e,q)T(p_{t+1} \mid p_t, q) = \sum_{e} T_{P \to E}(e \mid p_t, q)\, T_{E \to P}(p_{t+1} \mid p_t, e, q)

Code

This code block has a language set, so you can check whether syntax highlighting works.

def recall_at_k(ranked, gold, k=5):
    return len(set(ranked[:k]) & set(gold)) / len(gold)

Quote

Graph traversal that doesn’t lose context.

Table

Wrap-up

If the math, code, quote, and table all render correctly, the template is ready. You can delete this sample once real posts are up.
